The Government run MTNL has blocked a number of sites.
However, thankfully you can still use Isohunt with the below mentioned trick.
If you visit famous torrent sites like Isohunt, you will get this error:
"This website/URL has been blocked until further notice either pursuant to Court orders or on the Directions issued by the Department of Telecommunications"
The funny part is my ISP does not know why it has blocked www.piratebay.org or www.isohunt.com.

How to unblock ISOHUNT?
Activate Google Public DNS
For Windows XP users (Please make sure that you are have an administrator account):
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Double click on Network Connections
3. Right click on Local Area Connections and select Properties
4. In the General Tab scroll inside the text box and right click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
5. Take a screenshot of your settings. (This is important if you want to revert back to your original network settings)
Enter the following values as they are below:
6. Select OK button.
