What is Google Art Project?
Google Art Project has enabled art lovers around the world to enjoy masterpieces online from Rembrandt and many more artists for free.
About 17 museums have partnered with Google, offering high-resolution photographs of approximately 1,000 works of art.
Google has gone a step further by showing the actual floor plan of the museums. You can virtually have a walk around and see a painting like you would have in a museum in the real world.
Likewise you can zoom at a particular painting and get additional information like Artist Name, History and other details.
