Google Buzz, is it worth the Fuss?

Google recently announced its new service Google buzz. But can it really kill Twitter or Facebook?

With Google Buzz you don't have to use other networking site like Facebook or Twitter. You will get all updates in Gmail.

But do you really want your Gmail to act like Twitter.

 It got the following reactions from Microsoft.

“Busy people don’t want another social network, what they want is the convenience of aggregation. We’ve done that. Hotmail customers have benefited from Microsoft working with Flickr, Facebook, Twitter and 75 other partners since 2008.” – Microsoft statement

It got very bad reviews from popular websites.
Google is trying hard to get people who quit Orkut and switched to better networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.

Google has entered very late in the networking game. It is trying to build profiles for people across the web, not isolated to one site.
