Reports suggest that 22 year old suspect Jameg Blake shot his childhood 22 year old friend Kwame Dancy over an argument on Twitter.
The guys seem to be in love with the same girl.
Twitter might be asked to show the suspect Jameg Blake's tweets, however it cannot be used a substantial evidence as if your account gets hacked, you are not the one who is actually tweeting.
This shows how people are taking social networking seriously and is a worrying trend.
