The solution
Just go to FeedBurner and select the Socialize service and click save button.
But why does FeedBurner does not update a Twitter account?
The reason is that when a blog post or a website article is published, it takes time for FeedBurner to update that new content in the feed.

This is not an answer ! Some twitter accounts don't get updated at all :(

I just wish I knew why.
You can use another service called http://dlvr.it/ which is similar to Feedburner. I would really recommend Hootsuite.
