Google recently announced the new Google DNS feature. But does it really makes browsing the web faster. I decided to try it out.
The following video describes how to enable Google DNS feature on Window XP.
Google DNS really works.
But there is a small catch.
Every time you go to the main site (www.google.com), you will be redirected to your Google regional site. For example if a user tries to go to www.google.com, he will be redirected to www.google.co.in. Google just wants to reduce the load on its main server.
